Ice Cream Sundae Celebration for 2nd Grade Spanish Students

On Wednesday afternoon, February 1st, after school, students in second-grade Spanish classes celebrated the memorization of their prayers:  "The Sign of the Cross," "Mary, Queen of All Saints, Pray for Us," and "The Blessing Before a Meal."  We prayed before our sugary feast in Spanish!  Congratulations, second-graders!  I am so proud of you!  I would like to give a special 'thank you' to all of the parents and teachers who came in and helped with this party!  Thanks, too, for all of the donations for the party!
