Welcome to another fun-filled year of Elementary Spanish! I am excited about this year especially because we now have a "Spanish Center" area in our classroom! We will periodically rotate through centers while utilizing Spanish games, activities, flashcards, computers, and the Promethean Board. Children will be assigned to a specific center for 10 minutes; then we will rotate to the next center! I can't wait to introduce the games and activities to the children!
Second graders will learn the "Blessing Before a Meal" in Spanish this year. Upon completion of this task, students will enjoy an ice cream sundae party to celebrate their success. We will say our newly memorized "Blessing" before we eat! :)
