Spanish Festival

Soon students in 3rd, 4th and 5th grades will begin doing their projects for the Spanish Festival. For those who didn't have children participate last year, the Spanish Festival is a fun way for students to "travel" throughout the Spanish-speaking countries of the world! Each student does a project over a country. There are many options (which will be covered in a parent letter you will receive the Monday after Spring Break).

Last year the festival displayed flags from all the countries; and, consisted of posters, puppet shows, videos, dancing, foods, art projects, and many other fun activities. All students, grades PK-8, had passports to travel from country to country. We all had a terrific time.

Parents, I will be needing help! Please think about the possibility of coming to the festival to support our children! You'll be hearing from me soon! Mrs. Stafford
