Pre-K Loves 'Ensalada'
Weensalada' (salad). Students enjoyed their 'ensalada' including zanahorias (carrots), lechuga (lettuce), cebolla (onion), apio (celery), queso (shredded cheese), huevos (boiled eggs), tomates (tomatoes), and Ranch Dressing. The children asked for 'seconds' by telling me in Spanish what they wanted. We also reviewed the colors, in Spanish, of all of the items they enjoyed!
